I have had nothing but positive experiences with Brake Masters! When we first moved to the area 5 years ago, the van I was driving at the time needed a major part replaced. Brake Masters gave me a quote, and I proceeded to call 6-8 other places to compare pricing. In the end Brake Masters was the cheapest, so I decided to go with them. Since then I've stuck with them for other repairs including when my van broke down on the highway one day. They were able to accept it when towing there immediately, and they even had my van repaired within 3 hours, so I could keep a commitment I had later that day!Fast forward to yesterday. We got a new vehicle, and they inspected it for free while I sat in their beautiful lobby on their comfy couch with my feet up. So glad to have peace of mind with my new car since the return period was about to end. Making the appt online was incredibly simple as well, and they had times available within a couple hours.Also, anytime I call, the front desk associate is super professional, helpful, and sweet. Being in customer service for years, that always sticks out to me. The woman deserves a raise (Waddell location)!

First thing i noticed when i came in was the vibes are phenomenal, everyone laughing or just vibing. I had an oil change which they got done in 30mins which is fantastic! They let me know that i really needed a brake flush which i knew it was coming so i got that done as well, I paid & i left & My car started acting up and turned off on Waddell Rd & i called Tara & she let me know her husband (Dan)& her & a tech will go out there to help me, i literally wanted to cry ! Tara picked me up in a golf cart to get myself out of that situation since cars were honking at me to move in which i literally couldn’t move ! Dan & the tech (sorry i didn’t catch his name !) stayed to try & get my car turned on but nothing, Tara let me know they had to push the car here & they did! & they found what the issue was & it was no one’s fault ! but little piece of plastic decided it wanted to end up where it shouldn’t of been ! I am so grateful for this family & their team for helping me in such a terrible situation 🫶🏽

I usually stay clear of brake masters because of some questionable experiences in the past but necessity brought me to this location and I couldn’t be happier with the team at this shop. Tara (if I spelled your name wrong I’m sorry) was incredibly helpful and personable. The service was the fastest I’ve ever received. Like seriously I couldn’t believe my car was already done a few hours after drop off. These guys are amazing!!!

The $50 synthetic oil change was actually about $70. But the people are friendly and pointed out some things going on with the car that I had thought were already fixed by the dealer so I appreciated that.
