Amazing service! Efficient, courteous, and honest company AND employees. David and Jose were so kind and helpful. I called to schedule an oil change and they were able to fit me in the next day. And at such a fair price! Additionally, they did not try to charge me or sale me on other unnecessary services as some companies do. They also took old oil I had at my house to recycle without additional charge. I would certainly recommend to everyone.

I brought my Alfa Romeo into Brake Masters and happen to meet the manager Richard. He is a 5 star manager and people person. He took care of my brakes and made sure the price was within my budget. He even stayed two hours after his location closed to make sure thatbhe cleared the code on my Alfa Romeo to make sure that I had no issues with my new brakes. He is an excellent manager and one who will work with you and not overcharge you for your services. He is very professional and polite and I highly recommend him for any car repairs and services. He gets a 5 star rating from me. He makes me change my mind on repair locations. He will always get my service and those that I know in need.

I replaced my transmission filter but was unable to fill the fluid to full capacity as i did the job myself at my house. I called Richard, the manager of the premises. He listened to my issue and verbally attempted to help. I asked if his shop would put my car on the lift and check the level for me. We scheduled an appointment. When I arrived on the date of my appointment, Richard got my car in immediately and had one of the mechanics complete the task (check the fluid level - my car has no dipstick). After completion, he stated that I was 1 qt low. It was replenished from the 2 quarts I had as left over from the filter swap out that i brought with me. When I asked for the cost so that I can pay, he said "no charge". Unbelievable! He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Thank you Richard and thank you for helping, especially nowadays when all corporations appear to be only interested is in making money/profit. Richard showed compassion and was extremely generous.
