I replaced my transmission filter but was unable to fill the fluid to full capacity as i did the job myself at my house. I called Richard, the manager of the premises. He listened to my issue and verbally attempted to help. I asked if his shop would put my car on the lift and check the level for me. We scheduled an appointment. When I arrived on the date of my appointment, Richard got my car in immediately and had one of the mechanics complete the task (check the fluid level - my car has no dipstick). After completion, he stated that I was 1 qt low. It was replenished from the 2 quarts I had as left over from the filter swap out that i brought with me. When I asked for the cost so that I can pay, he said "no charge". Unbelievable! He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Thank you Richard and thank you for helping, especially nowadays when all corporations appear to be only interested is in making money/profit. Richard showed compassion and was extremely generous.

I was helping my son move from Oregon to Texas on Jan 1st when his transmission started overheating in his Subaru. They went well beyond my expectations and helped us out tremendously! We made it even though the ducks lost and the manager gave us a great price on the work performed. We made it to Texas safe and sound. Now we are rooting on the Irish for the national championship game. Thanks for all the help!

I had a great experience getting work done on my car here. The manager, Richard, helped me, and he was awesome. Brandon was my mechanic, and he explained everything to me clearly and made me feel very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store was clean and comfortable to wait in. I'd definitely come back for future needs. I felt like they didn't try to oversell things I didn't need. Very trustworthy and got work done in a timely manner.
