⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing Service at Brake Masters!
I cannot express how thankful I am for the team at Brake Masters! I had been dealing with a complete nightmare after hiring a mobile mechanic from Craigslist(please learn from my mistake and never go this route) to fix my 2010 Lexus IS250C. That mechanic caused more harm than good. he messed up my ABS sensors, damaged the CV axle, and even installed parts incorrectly, leaving me with constant ABS and traction control lights, a non-functional speedometer, and endless frustration.
After trying everything: replacing sensors, wiring harnesses, and troubleshooting on my own, I finally brought my car to Brake Masters. From the moment I walked in, they treated me with professionalism and genuine care. They thoroughly inspected the mess the previous mechanic had left behind, tightened loose bolts, and gave me a detailed explanation of what was wrong.
When they suspected the wheel bearing and tone ring might be the root of the problem, they offered me an amazing deal: if replacing the wheel bearing fixed the issue, I’d pay for labor. If it didn’t, they wouldn’t charge me. Thankfully, they were 100% right! After replacing the wheel bearing, all my issues were resolved. No more ABS lights, no more speedometer problems, and my car finally drives perfectly again.
The team at Brake Masters went above and beyond to fix someone else’s mistakes at a fraction of the cost of what the Lexus dealership would have charged me to fix the same issue. I’m beyond grateful for their expertise, honesty, and professionalism. If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy shop that truly cares about their customers, I highly recommend Brake Masters. While driving my check engine light came on and my car started stuttering, fortunately I was close to Brake Masters and pulled into the shop. They took care of me as a walk in and diagnosed the problem, they communicated the details along the way and quickly got to work. The pricing was very fare and service was excellent. I actually didn’t buy anything because the team there was honest and could have solid me brakes when I didn’t need them. For that I will only be using this location when I need brakes for my families vehicles. Great people!
