Called the store at 2:00 pm. on the off chance they could fit me in the same day. They replaced my rotors and pads and I was on my way at 3:45. Great service.

My Chrysler 300c left front brake caliper started making very unusual scraping noises every time I applied the brakes while driving north bound on highway 120 just outside of Ripon. I started looking for a mechanic shop as I slowly came up to Manteca. Just one mile north from the I-5 overpass I found the Brake Masters!
The manager was so helpful in getting me taken care of within a short period of time. His technician found the two bolts that held the caliper to the suspension had fallen out! After a full inspection, the bolts were tightened back up and I was ready be on my way.
I asked how much I owed for their labor. The manager said “No charge “ for inspections.
I was floored. All I can say now is that this company is refreshingly honest and more than fair. My brake pads are ok for now, but will need to be replaced within the next few months. I will not hesitate to come back to this location from the East Bay Area to have them do the work. Thank you SO much Brake Masters!

Took our truck her for a free inspection which alot of places don't do anymore and they were honest with us and let us know exactly what was going on with our truck instead of taking advantage like alot of other shops do. Def recommend going here. Derek the manager is a great nice guy and was extremely helpful and honest. The work we did need was fast and such an easy experience compared to other shops.
