I had a great experience at Brake Masters in Manteca. Derrick got me in the same day for a free brake inspection after I noticed some noise. I was convinced my brakes were overdue for replacement, and I even mentioned that to him when I arrived. An hour later, Derrick called to let me know my brake pads were still in great shape (at 6mm/7mm) and didn’t need replacement yet. He explained why my brakes were screeching, noting it’s a common issue with newer vehicles as the pads wear, but assured me it wasn’t causing any damage. I really appreciated his honesty and the time he took to explain everything. It’s rare to find a shop that puts customer trust first. I’ll definitely be back when I need service in the future!

Derrick and Nathan exceeded my expectations with their services. The employees here welcome you with open arms. They are genuine, warm, and hospitable. They took care of me, and gave me peace of mind with my car. Not only did they make sure my brakes were good, but they even helped me with my oil. I would highly recommend Brake Master Manteca to anyone looking for this service!

I've seen some of the negative reviews of customer's experiences. I am grateful that ours wasn't the case. My Kia Optima which was driven by my daughter to work, had a flat tire. AAA was called to come fix it in order for her to drive home. The tow truck driver replaced the tire with our spare, but he stripped the lugs and put a few on too tight. Attempts to remove the lugs would cause them to break off. We contacted Brake Masters in Manteca. Luckily, we were able to get an early appointment. Derek Sidell is the manager. He explained the pros and cons of what was needed to fix the problem. He and his team were professional, curtious, and timely. Additionally, the fee for their service was reasonable! Thanks for a positive experience in the time of need! 😃
