We were in Scottsdale vacationing for a couple days and ended up having mechanical issues. (Anyone who's been out of town and had mechanical failure knows how frustrating it could be) A nice young man "Tai", who happened to work at Brakemasters", stopped to help us and assured us he could repair it. The General Manager Dave Berton, waited after hours for us to get the car to the shop and assured us he would be able to repair it and get us back on the road. The next day, as promised the car was repaired and we were able to be on our way. Dave and his employees were very nice, professional and the service was great. I would recommend Brakemaster #146 to anyone who needs car repairs.

We drove to Scottsdale, AZ from San Diego for a girls weekend. We checked into our hotel and then hopped into our car to go to dinner, but heard this rattling coming from the engine - two nice guys stopped to help us - turns out one guy “Ty” was a mechanic at BrakeMasters and he didn’t think we should drive it, so he called his boss “Dave” to keep the shop open until we got there (it was 5:30pm and we were about 10 minutes away). Dave greeted us and told us they would work on it the next morning and he would make sure we would be able to get back home. Turns out it was our water pump! Dave took such great care of us at the shop and Ty was so kind to stop when he saw we needed help! We got the car back as promised. Although this was not a planned part of our weekend, we enjoyed our adventure with BrakeMasters!
