Servicing autos these days is seldom, if ever, cheap. That being said, the team at Brake Masters #109, diagnosed, and properly repaired, an electrical issue on my aging 2008 Chevy. I'm writing this review because.... the clear, timely, followup communication, from the service manager was excellent. It allowed me to plan my work, and transportation, over the several days my auto was in their shop. No unanswered calls or surprise delays. Thank you!

Special shout out to Vincent and Jim. Very knowledgeable and professional. Incredible work ethic. I'm a business owner and I use my truck as a mobile office. It is extremely important for me to stay on the road. Any major delay and I lose money and customers. These two excellent human beings inspected my vehicle, contacted me with the results, with pictures of all my issues.. brakes, pads, rotors, dirty air filters, filthy cabin filters, and battery that was in dire need of replacing. All was replaced or repaired in under 4 hrs!! Highly, highly, highly recommended this Brake Masters, in particular. Thank you Jim! Thank you Vincent!
