Came in and talked to the manager, really cool guy to shoot the breeze with, and he gave me a few options regarding future repairs that need to be made on my vehicle. Fully trusted his word and he gave me the no nonsense quote + some recommendations with the pros/cons of certain parts I could purchase and have installed, overall fantastic experience

Amazing job, called for a quote on alignment. Usually for something like that they recommend booking an appointment but they were able to squeeze me in as a walk in. They were busy so I had a 2 hour wait time which is fine I had no appointment and just did a walk in. They got my alignment done and now my car drives straighter than before.

I went into Brake Masters thinking I needed new brakes. However, they called me later to tell me my brakes were fine which I greatly appreciated! Most places would have changed your brakes and charged you anyway, but they were very truthful. I highly recommend them.

The manager Derrick was so beyond kind, compassionate, and quick. We had something emergency happen to our car and they were close so we gave them a shot. They were just so kind towards us as were were in a bad situation. We sat there for awhile waiting for the next steps which is normal; but Derrick was so kind to every single customer he encountered. The phone and in person. He even helped each of his guys on each car while running phones And front desk. Didn’t try to over sell us on anything either. All around trustworthy place 10/10 recommend

After getting a car wash and vacuuming my Jeep, it suddenly wouldn’t start. Unsure of the issue, I walked over to Brake Masters for help. Derrick & staff didn’t hesitate! Derrick came with me to Wow Car Wash (located in the same lot) gave me a jump, and immediately started diagnosing the problem.
His customer service was outstanding! He was informative, made me feel at ease, and even worked with me on the price, which I’m BEYOND grateful for. Our conversation was pleasant, and I left truly impressed by the service at this location. Derrick went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be more appreciative!

Came here for an oil change on my 2 series BMW. They got me in same day, no appointment quoted me about 45 minutes which was accurate on when they finished up on my car. I only paid 85$ which compared to other shops I’ve never left an oil change under 100$ for full synthetic! I will definitely be back here
