Brand new store and managed by Ryan Z. I made the appointment online (smooth), I showed up 15 mins early (right in), checked out by Ryan with clear explanation of my service (excellent). Honestly it took me a moment to even realize he was the GM. He blended in with his team and interacted well with them. Thank you, I will get more service done there.

I am skeptical when it comes to getting my car worked on by someone other than the manufacturer. However, Cadillac told me there wasn’t;t anything wrong with my brakes yet the screeched and made a grinding sound when coming to a stop.
I walked in and was immediately greeted by Ryan Zaporteza, the Store Manager. He listened to my concerns and recommended a free inspection.
After the inspection, I approved the suggested work. Here’s the great part. When they were finished as the car was backing out, Ryan heard that the drivers side back brake was still making noise. He told the tech to bring the car back in, came and explained what he was doing. Okay, I’m impressed.
They took the rear tires off again and went back to work on the back brakes.
Now, the car makes no noise when braking. Very satisfied.
I will return and recommend anyone who needs brakes worked on to stop in as this group of individuals treated me extremely well.

My nieghbor Ken 90, went to the store on Riggs and Gilbert in Chandler... he said they treated him great and also, "replaced 3 pushpins for his plastic under the car... i would gladly pay an extra 2 or 3 dollars a pushpin" ...anyways, for a nice new store, great respect, super work... look for Tuttle the asst Manager, the guy with the Mustache... Dave
