I brought my car here after I was disappointed with arrow tires (Don't go to arrow tires) anyhow, the people were real nice some of the prices were decent but it had to be done so it was great for what it's worth.

Went just for an oil change and I got talked into getting my all of my fluids flushed, cabin filter replaced, and tires rotated. They mentioned it would be around $417 for all of that which seemed a bit expensive. I arrive to find out that the gentleman working the front added on the list to replace my back windshield wiper (Which I was not asked about on the phone) which brought the price up to around $470. I told the woman at the front that I never asked for that to be replaced and she threw on a “discount” which brought the price down to $450.83 (Which is far from the $417 I was originally told would be the total) I wish the employees could be more honest about the price of the work that they do to vehicles. I also found that they left my vehicle unlocked and sitting in the parking lot until I arrived to pick it up.

I called ahead to see if I could get an oil change and Luis said if I arrived by 3:30 they could do it! Arrived at 3:00 and Jim made it happen after someone else told me it couldn’t be done. I appreciate the extra help in keeping their word.

I had my brakes done at a different store and I wasn’t comfortable with the transactions or if I even had new brakes . I went to this store and explained my concerns. They checked my brakes and called me in to show me that the pads were indeed new. They were very professional
