I’ve been taking my vehicles here for service for a few years now and have never had any issues. The service is great and they’ve always been honest and patient. My only issue was with today’s service. I did the usual make an appointment and wait while my car is being serviced and then they call me up to the desk to pay when it’s done. After about 3 hours of everyone in the lobby being called when their vehicle was done, I inquired about how much longer it’d for the oil change to be done. The guy at the counter laughed in my face and said we left you a voicemail an hour and half ago. Mind you, I’m sitting in the lobby the entire time and in plain view (and my paperwork says 11am appt waiting). He then proceeded to mock me and say maybe I should be better about watching my phone and tried to get others in the lobby to jump in on his “joke.” He didn’t even apologize for his own misunderstanding. I’ve never seen him there before so maybe he is new but, he was not funny like he thought he was being. He was rude, obnoxious, and smug.
