Ive had two great experiences with Brake Masters that impressed me. First, they replaced my front brakes in April with fair pricing and excellent service. They took the time to explain everything clearly. As a young woman with no auto experience, I really appreciate their honesty. Since it can sometimes be intimidating to come to an auto shop.I returned in January with some brake squeaking, which they quickly identified the issue as brake dust and cleaned it free of charge. This kind of honest, straightforward service is why I trust them and will always return for any future brake work.

Ali checked out my car thoroughly. He found the issue and informed me. They took care of the issues needed and my car runs Great!! So smooth. Also last time I went Ricky checked out my car. He informed me of the issues. They took care of the issues and my car ran so much smoother. He also hooked me up with synchrony who helped me pay. It was a big job that needed to be taken care of. My car is a 2007 and I drive "Alot". So these issues are not surprising. These guys are kind, respectful and patient they take their time with you and make sure you are satisfied with the work. They go the extra mile for you. They care. Great customer service!! I highly recommend this location!!
