I had dropped off my car there over a week ago due to an issue with a belt and tension pulley and didn’t get back until this last Saturday. Unfortunately, due to the project and ordering parts, it was a week long process. However, I don’t blame the team at this branch at all. Jordan kept me updated throughout the entire project and what the techs were working on that day. They also did their best to make sure that they could get me the best possible price they could.The staff is knowledgeable, nice, and communicative. It seems they also do a lot of other services as well. The facility is kept clean and the waiting room had restrooms and pretty comfortable chairs. I recommend this branch!

Brought my car in to have a brake job done, at 79,700 miles without having one done, figured before it gets to be a problem, I’ll have it taken care of. Well after they inspected it. They said you don’t need one done at this time. They could have easily said I needed one done and I would have not objected. So that is honest place of business.

So so easy. Placed an appointment online, came in and was helped out by friendly staff, called an hour later with a diagnosis and completely reasonable quote (no annoying upselling!) And less than two hours later I got another call they were done. Paid the quote, signed a form, in and out in a couple minutes. This could not have been any easier. We'll be going here for any brake issues from now on!!
