Excellent customer service. I needed my truck in and out for work which Joel picked up on immediately, without me saying a word. Got me into the shop earlier than my appointment and had my truck done by COB that same day. Even offered to stay late to allow me to pick it up after a planned family outing. I got the sense that it’s a source of pride to provide good service, which is getting more and more rare these days. I’ll be back for the next service job due on the truck. Such a great experience! Spoke to Jordan initially on the phone he helped me find the location very easily as I just moved to this side of town from the Roseville area. Jordan was extremely helpful and professional which I appreciated very much! As it turns out there was a nice gentleman also working at this location that happened to be from the Roseville store where I used to live. His name is Joel and he was very nice and professional as well. I must say nowa days sadly enough you don’t always see this type of service level.
