I was referred to come to this location by Discount Tire after they broke one my wheel bolts after repairing a tire. I was fully expecting to have to pay for it, but Amber at this Brake Masters did some digging and was able to have DT cover the cost. Amber really saved me. Would absolutely return to this location
Took my car in for inspection and packrat debris removal. They were honest in the inspection (nothing beyond what another mechanic had said), and even suggested I could wait on some of the repairs. And then didn't even charge for the debris removal.

I started coming to this store when I moved here from the South side of Tucson. I used Brake Masters and got to know Oscar (manager) as an honest individual. I used that store for about 15 years to service my trucks and cars and received excellent care. When I moved to the Northeast side 12 years ago I naturally went to Brake Masters which is very near to where I live. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised to see Oscar there. I have used them since and the service has been just as good. I recently took a car in that needed a pre-purchase inspection as I was considering purchasing for my granddaughter. The mechanic did an excellent job and it turned out that the car would have needed $2,000.00 more invested to bring it to good repair. This inexpensive check is an excellent investment. I would encourage everyone to have it done before they purchase any car!

I went for a regular oil change on my little car. This location is my favorite. No one tried to up-sale me. I went in knowing exactly what was wrong with my car, and the recommendations I left with reflected the same things I already knew. I went back the next day and had some more of the work done. It's very rare that I take my car into an auto parts or auto repair shop that someone doesn't either try to up-sale me or I am completely ignored. I stopped in after hearing there is a woman manager who is very impressive. Let me tell you she is indeed. She walked me through every step and explained what I need now and what will be needed coming up. Her level of customer service is incredible too. I highly recommend asking for Amber. I had a check engine light come on so stopped there to get it checked..Amber was so great explaining what was wrong so I had a part replaced which I feel was fairly priced & I feel they were so honest. I will definitely go back!
