My experience with Brake Master was very good. I went in last minute for a inspection due to squeaky brakes thinking I might need pads. Even though busy, they were able to get me in. Unfortunately, I needed a bigger brake job (pads & rotors). They took the time to show me the manufacturer's specification and the wear on my existing brakes. One set of the brakes were past the recommended replacement specification and one set were very close. They gave me options and a recommendation. I chose to have both sets done and they got all the work done in the initial visit. Although I was not expecting to spend as much money, I felt good with the resulting work, the way I was treated, the value I got, and my overall experience.

I took my car in for brakes and was told they were still in excellent condition. They did recommend purging the fluid, which I appreciate. What impressed me is that they didn’t replace something that didn’t need it, but instead recommended what my car actually needed. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles back to this location.

I took my 1972 C-10 in for a complete health-checkup: some play in steering; tune up; etc...whatever was needed to make it my Daily Driver. Told them to take as long as needed to make it right.
Mechanically, it is running like new. Now I am comfortable driving it around town, but I now need to get some cosmetic issues fixed, and it will look as good as it runs!
