Not one to leave reviews but this was just all too good not to. Only place in town I was able to find someone to do my lateral links (I don't have the giant machines and didn't want to squish myself doing it). Great customer service, great sense of humors just all around fantastic! I work customer service and this is a well balanced work environment. Went in for an inspection, they ordered the parts and they were there super fast (not your typical two days out status). I was indeed impressed. It was definitely a tough job and they got it done in such a timely manner, it puts other places I visited to shame. 😁 You guys rock!!!

Well after admitting their mistake they reimbursed me for installing the rear brake pads upside down and I had to have it done at the dealership but they took care of me so they have been redeemed

Brakemasters #126 in Santa Fe was a well lubed machine. They got my truck in quickly, assessed the damage, took pics of everything that needed to be dealt with. Got in it, fixed 4 brakes, replaced tie rods, and some other things all on a Sat. Provided clear explanation to me and didn't try to get me to do more than the original reason I came to them. Thanks guys, I will be back!

From my initial phone call until I completed my purchase, I was treated with respect and never once felt pressured into more services than I needed.
