I finally found honest guys who will tell you the truth about the service you need on your car. I walked into the lobby and I immediately felt like I was special. David and Jerel showed the best customer service Ive seen in a long time at a mechanic business. Ladies if you want the truth about your car service this is the place to go. These guys will not take advantage of you by just telling you anything because you’re a lady. They throughly break the service down where you can understand it. Ladies (and honestly anyone), let me tell you — Brake Masters in Henderson off Green Valley just earned a customer for life!
As a woman walking into an auto shop, you never really know what to expect… but they made me feel so comfortable, respected, and informed. They literally saved me hundreds — maybe even over $1,000 — on a repair another mechanic told me I needed (but I didn’t!).
Moral of the story: always get a second opinion — and let it be from Brake Masters. They were honest, thorough, and didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. No regrets coming here at all!

The first auto shop, that took me in at the appointment time, did their work and got me out. Jeremy took the time to explain, and since they use valvoline products, I will be back.
