They did a big repair in my car and did a great job! The store/floor manager is friendly and helpful. He explained things to me really well and told me about financing options as well. Update: I came in for a free brake inspection and they found some needed repairs. The cost was affordable. They also offer financing options with Snap and EasyPay.

After I've finished any suspension or steering component repair on a customer's vehicle, I always get the vehicle an alignment. Have been taking multiple vehicles to BRAKE MASTERS #184 for years now. Most of the time I just drop the vehicle off and tell them to take their time. However this particular day I had to wait. Unbelievably the professional mechanic on alignment duty had the vehicle done in less than an hour. To top it off the steering wheel was straight and the vehicle drove in a straight line. These guys were awesome. I thought I needed new brakes but found I didn't after their inspection. They were honest and forthright. They also did a coolant flush. Very nice and very professional.
