I went to Brake Masters #139 with my suv for a brake inspection. I mentioned to Greg that I was leaving for vacation this summer to the mountains. They did a thorough inspection of my brakes, engine, power train and suspension. I had a leaky water pump (showed pics of where coolant had leaked) which was covered on my extended warranty. I had to leave before they could finish the inspection. The next day when they were completing the inspection. They also found leaky struts and called the extended warranty company for authorization for both repairs. Called me to explained what they had found, worked with me on deductibles, and completed repairs as (and when) promised. Thanks to Greg Cardenas and his entire staff for coming through. BTW brakes were fine.

Everything was straightforward. They diagnosed the brakes pretty quickly and the gentlemen had discounts for me without me asking and the front pads had a warranty that was honored. The service was completed quickly as well and for a fair price. I would definitely recommend this shop!

Came in last minute looking to get my front brakes done. The guys Blake and Greg instantly got me in the bay and took care of my Lexus right away. Much faster service than I expected. Greg the service manager and his technicians were great .
The brake job of front rotors, calipers and drums with lifetime breaks was not an easy task ran into manufactured parts problems.
But the Brake Masters team was determined to make things right.
Several hrs of trouble shooting and adjusting both front and back brakes finally got my 1998 Chevy c2500 silverado back on the road.
Thank you again Brake Masters team.
