So I just had my first experience at brake Masters at 51st and Ray in Ahwatukee.When I first walked in, I was happy to see how clean the place was and, John at the front desk was very professional and very nice.I got an oil change new windshield wipers and a filter for my engine and they did an excellent job on that. I’m extremely happy with the service there at brake Masters and I will definitely go back there for any work.Thanks,Patti C

My first time going to this company. Good customer service 👍. Went in for an oil change but ended up with a safety issue on the axel. They are willing to work with you and help to finance any service you need. Now I am safe driving on the road and my car is running smooth.

I had my front brakes and rotors replaced on my BMW in November because of squeaking noises. Got my car back and now every time I come to a slow stop my breaks squeak. Took my car back to Break Masters and was told that I need to do panic stops going forward and backwards really fast and if that doesn't help I could turn up my radio. I spent over 650.00 $. I was also told that I could go and buy new brake pads from BMW and that they would install them for free! I would not recommend taking your vehicle here for a new break service.Part 2Huge shout out to McKenzie and his team on correcting my break issue!! Thank you again for resolving my squeaking breaks!
