Brake Masters really came through for me in a difficult situation. I had a burnt cylinder head on my 2017 Lexus with 93,000 miles on the engine and was getting extremely high priced quotes from other shops and dealers, $9500+. Brake Masters allowed me to source my own engine and install it for straight labor and shop charges. I was able to slide by for around $6,100 with parts and labor saving me over $3,000 from anywhere else I was being quoted. This also ended up being a better outcome with a newer engine vs just a repaired cylinder head. The work they conducted on swapping my engine seems to be phenomenal as of now, zero issues (3 days in), and my car is back to driving like butter on corn. I can't thank Joseph and Rigo enough for being flexible with sourcing, and still providing top notch customer service, work, and professionalism. My family already had great experiences with work from this shop on vehicles we had in the past, but conducting a full engine swap to this degree cannot be downplayed or ignored. I will be servicing at this shop for the majority of the work my vehicle needs moving forward, thank you again Brake Masters team.

Been here twice. Each time I told them I need something and came in thinking I was gonna get it, and both times they sent me away without taking my money and said I didn't need the service I thought I did. That's why I do business with them now.

I've been coming here for a few years now and very happy with the service. I plan on continuing to use this store for other services in the future. I do recommend them over other shops in the area that over the years that I felt were good although fell down in both service and pricing. I would recommend them to anyone.
