Took my SUV in a few days ago to have my alignment done since I had just put on a whole new set of tires. Jay, the Store Manager, was so professional and courteous especially with dealing with my wife who is hard of hearing. He was patient with her and treated her with respect. Brought three cars in for a oil change Jay simmons was able to fit me in his busy Saturday schedule and got them done I came back that Monday due to a residue leak instead of him giving me a run for my money cleaned it and informed his techs to do a better job of cleaning up stuff like this leaves a lasting impression I will be coming back tommarow for the services they recomended on my truck that I was first hesitant about you earned a forever customer

I needed a new battery for my car. I called around to a few other places but Brake Masters had the best price. The only issue I had is when I went to pick up my car, I stood in the waiting area for a while before getting any type of acknowledgement or assistance. The guy who helped me out was very nice though.
