Very pleased with the new brakes that they installed. Great price with fast service. Dropped off my car at 7:30 and it was done by 11:00. Friendly staff, highly recommended.

I've been a customer at this location since moving to Tucson 9 years ago. I have received great service consistently over the years. I recently had a car issue that needed immediate attention and Marco started the diagnostics as soon as I pulled in at 730 am even though the mechanic didn't get in till 800 am. Within a couple of hours I had a direction of next steps. I highly recommend this service shop if you want caring, consistent, fair and reliable service. Thank you Marco and staff!

The manager Fernando was very friendly and helpful, they were able to get me in right away and had my car inspected and had my new front breaks on in under 2 hours. I appreciate that they didn’t try to tell me that I needed more repairs or suggest additional services that they have available. They just gave me what I needed for literally 1/3 of the price that the dealership wanted to charge me. It was a great experience

Took my car in for alignment. The guys there did a great job! They were very efficient in their work. The manager was very helpful with all the questions I asked about my car. Looked at other areas I had questions about as well as provided quotes and gave me time frames of when to get things fixed. Overall great customer service!

Brake Master's offered a quick and easy( for me )fix. I shopped around in hopes of finding reasonable prices and honest mechanics. This was that place!
The shop manager Marshall ,was thorough in explaining my cars issues with photos and answering all my questions. He also gave me a ride home so I didn't have to wait in the shop.
