I'm an old lady and don't know much about vehicles so I kind of expect to be ripped off. I went to have my brakes checked because they have a lot of miles on them. Brake Masters checked them and said they still have a ways to go. They checked my shocks and struts and said they will eventually need to be replaced but not right away. My check engine light came on the day before my appointment so they ran the code and said it they need to check further but their Master Mechanic wasn't there that day so I would need to come back when he was there but it could be driven until I get to it. WHAT? I was expecting them to say they need to be changed no matter what they saw. Nope, they are honest and very nice. I had them change my oil because they do almost everything. I will be back and I highly recommend this shop!
