I’ve been going to Brake Masters for well over a decade, and this was the best experience I’ve ever had with my first time at this location. I called ahead to check if they could squeeze me in for a brake inspection, and Dave was a delight from beginning to end. He not only found time for me but was also in-depth when communicating the findings and quotes. They gave me a deal, never tried to upsell, and made me feel treated with honesty and integrity. I thought my car would need to be serviced another day, but I was pleasantly surprised they got me squared away same-day. Jeff and his team deliver top-notch customer service. The staff is always so amazing and informative everytime we go! I just recently asked what is all the work I need done soon on my vehicle and was giving a print out and pricing for each and the front desk wrote out a #1-5 importance so I know what to focus on next. It’s so helpful to know when you don’t know much about cars. Thank you guys for being fantastic my only repair shop I use!

I went here today to get new brake pads put on my Hyundai Sonata 🚗because the dealership told me I needed them.☹️ So I was surprised when my service tech, 👨‍🔧Thomas, told me I DIDN'T NEED NEW BRAKES PADS!! WHAAAAAT??? 😱I was blown away that they told me the truth and also they don't work on commission so it wasn't necessary at this time, but I definitely will be coming to this Brake Masters when it is time. I highly recommend going here cuz they are honest and won't rip you off!!👏👏 So very refreshing too🤜🤛

Went in to have some performance brake rotors and pads installed on my wife's car. Staff was friendly and fast, fitting me in without an appointment. Waiting area was supper clean and cold, bonus they had a fridge of bottled watter, tv on and comfy chairs. I would definitely go back. Also heard the guy working the counter give solid advice to a young female driver who came in with a list from the dealer. Nice to see them looking out for her best interests.
