Lori was very friendly and got our vehicle in right away. As soon as they knew the issue they called to inform us of the cost. Shortly afterwards they called to inform us our vehicle was done.

I was in somewhat of a hurry when I arrived on Saturday . I originally went in for an oil change as I had been overdue for one. So when I went in it was maybe an hour and a half before they closed by 5pm and I assumed it would going to take a while. But it absolutely didn’t, the front desk attendant told me it would take tops an hour for the oil change but it took way less. Plus the other employees doing the oil change saw my back brakes were basically gone and were able to replace those too. I was in there 20 minutes shy of n hour for doing both the brakes and oils. So overall great experience.😄

On Monday, I took my car to the BrakeMasters on Baseline to get an oil change and tire rotation. Laurie at BrakeMasters did an excellent job of letting me know about a new oil change they have at BrakeMasters, so I had to try it since she tried it on her car as well. Laurie had excellent customer service and I will definitely be back again because I can trust them to do a great job with my vehicle. I’m so grateful and thankful for them! 👍🏾🙏🏾
