Brought the car in, to check out the suspension as it was making noises. Made an appointment, and the car was checked out thoroughly over the few hours. They didn't find anything wrong, which was a good thing but they took the time to investigate the issue, even though there was no charge as no problem was found. This place has always been the best and excellent customer service, when I had an issue with a vehicle. Highly recommend.

The service at Brake Masters was pretty great! My brake fluid light came on my dashboard so I brought my car in for a much needed brake fluid flush, coolant flush, & an oil change. It took a few hours to get my car done which didn’t matter to me bc I left & waited for a call back. Brake Masters had the lowest price out of Jiffy Lube, Brakes Plus, & Firestone. The price was substantially less than what I expected to pay bc they had a few coupons available which was amazing!! The guy at the desk with the beard & glasses was pretty nice & helpful as well. The only thing that made me not give 5 stars is the fact that my seat was adjusted, my car display settings were changed & as soon as I turned my car on, my ac was blowing full blast. Idk if they needed to touch those things to test if everything was working in my car orrrrr if they just wanted some cool air while they drove my car through the parking lot…. Ive had people at Big O touch my ac & it’s so annoying. You don’t need to touch anything in my car, just drive it from the parking spot into the garage to get serviced.

I showed up about 10 minutes early for an oil change and rotation. They had my car on the lift before my appointment time. They brought me out to show me a couple of concerns they had on my suspension so I could see it for myself, then gave me quotes for repairs. I was in and out in less than an hour and a nice bunch of guys to boot! Thanks!!

Been here with a friend for her car services, staff have been amazing and we felt comfortable. I took my car in for an oil change and they did their point inspection. Apparently the last mechanic I spoke to said I needed work, but Brake Masters #234 showed me pictures of the ACTUAL work that needs to be done and explained why, and provided very reasonable quotes. I will always be brining my car here!!!

Went in Yesterday and Today for 2 different vehicles. Both times I've had the pleasure of working with Isaiah in the front. Absolutely the best guy to explain what needs to be done with your vehicle. My first vehicle needed extensive work done, because it hadn't been maintained. Isaiah explained things to me and answered my questions in a friendly, professional manner. Never once did he seem annoyed or bothered with my repetitive questions. He made me feel comfortable with getting my car worked on there and confident that I made the right choice in choosing them. I had several workers going and assessing my vehicle, but my paper work showed Surah was the mechanic. Afterwards when my vehicle was ready Isaiah said that they would top of my fluids and check them for me since I had mentioned another concern upon checkout. Surah came and did that for me and he was just as friendly as Isaiah. I definitely recommend them, I will definitely be back, which i did today for my other vehicle needing a car battery.. I missed my scheduled appointment because of my battery. But they still got me in fast and I was out within an hour, with a new battery. Thank you guys for getting my vehicles back in top shape.

Had a great experience with their services recently. I had AC issues in my car and in this AZ heat that is a health issue. Originally I was quoted for a $2K+ repair to my AC without the mechanic doing a proper diagnosis and I felt that couldn't be right. I was advised by a friend to go to them and I am really glad I did. They fixed my AC issues for a fraction of what I was quoted when they could have tried gouging me like others. They have earned my trust and will have my repeat business going forward.

The front brakes stopped working on my truck and luckily the Maricopa location was next door to where I was. Will was a great help and allowed me to park my truck while waiting to diagnose the next day. Diagnosis found one of the front calipers were leaking. I purchased a complete front brake kit from Powerstop (no warranty for customer supplied parts) Brake masters performed a complete brake system flush and installed the kit I purchased in a timely manner. I am happy with all of the work that was done and plan to be a repeat customer in the future.
