They didn't find anything wrong, which was a good thing but they took the time to investigate the issue, even though there was no charge as no problem was found. The service at Brake Masters was pretty great! My brake fluid light came on my dashboard so I brought my car in for a much needed brake fluid flush, coolant flush, & an oil change. It took a few hours to get my car done which didn’t matter to me bc I left & waited for a call back. Brake Masters had the lowest price out of Jiffy Lube, Brakes Plus, & Firestone. The price was substantially less than what I expected to pay bc they had a few coupons available which was amazing!! The guy at the desk with the beard & glasses was pretty nice & helpful as well. The only thing that made me not give 5 stars is the fact that my seat was adjusted, my car display settings were changed & as soon as I turned my car on, my ac was blowing full blast. Idk if they needed to touch those things to test if everything was working in my car orrrrr if they just wanted some cool air while they drove my car through the parking lot…. Ive had people at Big O touch my ac & it’s so annoying. You don’t need to touch anything in my car, just drive it from the parking spot into the garage to get serviced.

They brought me out to show me a couple of concerns they had on my suspension so I could see it for myself, then gave me quotes for repairs.
