This place is always super busy, and I finally understand why. They didn't charge me anything to look at my car. I was concerned about a grinding sound when I pressed the brakes, and I thought maybe it was time for them to be replaced.

They were fast, friendly, and honest. They told me my brakes were still in good shape.

I am brand new to town, and I went into this Brake Masters location because I've had good experience with Brake Masters in other cities. My check engine light came on and I had an upcoming trip. The first gentleman I talked to was mostly businesses like, taking my information and telling me what they would do. I took a seat to wait and other customers came in. The man knew them by name and was very friendly. That made a really good impression. They worked on my car for some time, diagnosing the problem. A different gentleman came to discuss the issue with me and made sure I understood what was going on with the car and what had been done. The attention I received and the price I was charged were very welcome surprises.
