Talk about a wonderful experience under a very stressful circumstance. Mike was punctual and communitive. He made sure to keep me calm and collected while still providing complete transparency and honesty. He managed to take all of my obstacles, fears and doubts into consideration and got my work done as soon as possible. Greg, Sean and the rest of the crew are wonderful. They have been nothing but professional, fair, informative and thorough with both my car and my elderly aunt's vehicle. They went the extra mile to assist my aunt when I wasn't home to help her get her car back, and they have done the same for me. I won't take our cars anywhere else be because with them I know they will be upfront, honest and fair.

My name is Walter Briceno I drive a 2012 Chevy Cruz i took my car in for a leak of antifreeze and they found the real issue of it , Mr. Greg and Mr. Sean Greg was outstanding helping me get my car fix and working with me such as have Sean drive me home and pick me up when it was done this please is a 10 star not a 5 , also have you know i just move to the area of 85022 i have used the location in Glendale AZ prior TO being here , againMY HATS OFF FOR MR GREG AND SEAN GREAT JOB YOU KNOW HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE , THANK ALL FOR ALL YOU DID FOR MY CAR TY WALTER BRICENO OCT 15 2024

This place is awesome. Mike gave me a ride home and back to pick up my car. Went in for rear brakes and also had a problem with my front ones. Since they had did the front ones in the past they turned the front rotors at no cost. Highly recommend coming here.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had regarding fixing up car issues. They were honest, great customer service, quick turnaround, very reasonable with prices, and I got a lifetime warranty on the brakes that I can use at any Brake Master location. If you got brake issues this is the place to go 100%!

Took my car in for an AC fix and a second opinion after visiting another mechanic who had said there was a brake fluid leak from the right front caliper. These guys looked at it, found that the leak was actually coming from another part of the car, and fixed that for significantly less than the other mechanic had quoted me. They also looked at a couple other issues the other mechanic had mentioned and found that they saw no such problems. My car brakes and handles great now (except for the AC, unfortunately).They found the AC unit as a whole needed a total replacement, which they quote at $2400. I called a mechanic from my hometown who my family's gone to for years and whom I trust. They said that price was very fair and that all the issues these mechanics described were in line with what they'd expect.Although I will probably end up getting a new used car - $2400 is a lot to put into a vehicle with 215k miles on it - I really appreciated the honesty and competence these guys displayed. I'll definitely visit this location with future issues, and if I end up buying from a private seller, I'll definitely have them look at it first.

5 Stars is not enough.Most auto repair shops seem to charge high prices for poor and half-hearted work. Not these guys.Stan took the time to help me understand what my truck needed, even when it meant that I PAID LESS. Honesty and Know-How. They did amazing work, and I paid much less than I expected. THIS Brake Masters location has my future-business and that of anyone I can convince.There was also a courtesy shuttle service which helped out a lot. And my driver Sean was one of the most encouraging and friendly people I have ever met. And I work with a lot people.Thank you guys. You made my summer!
