I like this shop in Casa Grande. Everybody is friendly and they have good customer service. I have always received excellent workmanship here.I wasn't very happy the last time I was there on 12/2024. I was there for over 3 hours for a oil change, tire rotation and cabin air filters. Apparently they were waiting on the air filters, which no one told me about. But the manager was man enough to comp me for my time. I was impressed by his actions and sincere apology. I'll continue to go back here. This was the only issue I've had in probably 12-15 appointments here. Thank you Brake Masters (the manager) for being honest and having integrity.
