Brake service was good. My brakes aren't squeaking now.But multiple nasty rags covered in solvent were left inside my car. Only found them because I started getting headaches from the fumes that they off gas.Edit:Received an apology for the rags, and they did a great job on my rear brakes. ThanksFront desk associates conveniently gave me a different price than I was quoted. Almost $100 difference. When I called them out on it, they suddenly found a coupon that dropped the price back down. Not real cool. But like I said at least my brakes are squeaking now. Just make sure you pay attention to what they're charging you, and clean your car after they work on it.

I had the best experience ever at Brakemasters in Surprise, AZ. I was astounded at the number of customers waiting when the business opened at 7:30 on Saturday, but the check-in went smoothly and quickly. I had an appointment, so they were able to get my car in expediciously to replace the brakes. The entire process took less than 3 hours, and they accepted all of the coupons I had printed. I highly recommend Rick and his crew at Brakemasters in Surprise. Tell them Tina sent you!
