Adrian, Joel, Gavino, and Nico all separately worked on my brakes and I was totally stumped! They explained everything to me, and made sure I knew what was going on, and exactly what I was paying for, initially they were the first ones to discover my brake fluid had solidified and shortly after I came back due to the good explanations they had! Highly recommend, also Amelia always treats me well and keeps me coming back! Thanks guys!

I posted a very critical review a year ago. After new break pads were installed they squeaked. Took it back and was told I needed new rotors @ $800. Made no sense, since they didn’t squeak before the new pads. So I waited and they got progressively worse. After a few months I bit the bullet and took it back expecting the worst. But I was pleased to see that store manager Amilia had returned. She discovered that the wrong pads were installed for my CX-5. Made the change (on warranty), stopped the squeaking and restored my confidence in Brake Masters.

Had an appointment for 10am. It’s 1:19pm and my car still sitting in the parking lot.Update: My car was finally checked out around 2pm. By 3pm, I knew what was wrong and by 5pm my car was fixed. While I appreciate how quickly they were able to diagnose and fix the problem, it would have been nice to not have spent my entire day sitting at a repair shop when I specifically scheduled an appointment to prevent this. This was especially frustrating when I was told that they knew the day prior they were running behind. Being proactive and calling those with appointments ahead of time and informing them of potential delays would increase customer service and prevent customer dissatisfaction. They did good work, though, and were friendly which is appreciated.
